Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling: All Cancellations and Rescheduling of Appointments must be done by calling 72 hours in advance or a service charge will be assessed. Our clients have busy lives. Our cancellation policy is designed with this in mind. Due to high client demand and the limited availability of appointments, we respectfully request 72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. We have instituted a $75 no-show reschedule fee. However, we have the right to charge your credit card 100% of the value of the appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice.
