We are sorry for the inconvenience but E-mail and Text Messaging are not an accepted form of communication and we will not receive your message, therefore we are unable to respond to you.  Jennifer's Spa has nobody designated to answer calls.  This gives every client individual attention.  If we are unable to answer your call, and you leave a phone message, it will be returned the same day if left on a business day, if your message is left during off hours, your call may not be returned until the next business day.

Appointments available by Advance Scheduling by phone only.  We are sorry but we do not accept Walk In Appointments.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:  Our clients have busy lives.  Our cancellation policy is designed with this in mind.  Due to high client demand and the limited availability of appointments, we respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.  We have instituted a $30 no-show fee.  However, we have the right to charge your credit card 100% of the value of the appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice.  All Cancellations and Rescheduling of Appointments must be done by telephone 48 hours in advance or a service charge will be assessed.
